Where is FALL!!!!

I'm in California and we usually have a barely noticeable fall around here.  There are a couple of variety of trees that actually have leaves that turn beautiful fall colors.  But this year, year 4 of the drought, with all the water rationing most of our trees leaves are just brown from lack of water, not because of any beautiful crisp fall air.  Now I know, I can't complain too much because we are still hitting the beach and pool after school and haven't even considered trading in our flip flops for cute winter boots yet.   But as the holidays approach, I want to feel some of FALL.
