And Everything in it's Place....

A while ago my friend was helping me to declutter my house. One of the things she said stuck with me:
"A place for everything and everything in it's place."
So with school supplies on clearance now I was able to pick up one of these locker caddies for 50 Cents!  It is now our toothbrush holder for the kiddies toothbrushes.    I was able to then move the other locker caddy I had to the inside of the cabinet and fill it with all of the flossers which would fall out of the cabinet every time I would open the door.  I got sick of the little ziplock bag they came in falling out, not zipping closed, and the kids dropping them all out of the bag on the floor.   LOVE this solution!!! Now the flossers have a place and they are in their place!!

Reduce, Reuse, Recycle is BIG in my community.  So I try to do my part.  Here are couple of great ways to  REUSE.  The black tray holding all my make up is actually the tray that the ready to eat Edamame came in.  I washed it up afterward and went on search in the house for a useful spot for it.  I was so pleased when I found that it was a perfect fit for my bathroom drawer.  It rest on the sides of the drawer suspending it over the contents of the drawer which essentially gave me another drawer.  It's great for keeping my makeup in because it's easy to lift out, use, and then set back in.  I bought some mushrooms at the grocery store and after a quick and thorough washin' I put this blue tray they came in to good use.  I use it to keep my measuring spoons from sliding all over in my drawer.   It's great I don't have to rummage through the back of the drawer trying to find the 1/4 tsp anymore. They are in their place!

So next time you open the packing of what your about to eat, Think Twice and see what useful place it can have in your home.
